SIMPLE SUMMER SALAD DRESSING

Ingredients

  • 1 cup canola oil
  • 1/2 cup cider vinegar
  • 3/4 cup splenda (or equal parts sugar and splenda)
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tsp grated onion
  • 1 tablespoon poppyseeds

Directions

  • combine oil, vinegar, mustard, grated onion and stir in splenda slowly then add the poppyseeds and stir to combine all
  • place in a salad dressing bottle and enjoy immediately or the next day
  • this dressing is sugar free and full of healthy omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids
  • it has about 110 calories per tablespoon

Notes

This dressing is simple and delicious! It is best if consumed at least the day after it is prepared. This tastes wonderful on a bed of fresh summer lettuce and veggies!
