SIRLOIN CASSEROLE

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground sirloin
  • 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 cup of sour cream

Directions

  • Brown sirloin and onion and garlic. Stir in soup and sour cream. Heat for 10 minutes. Serve over noodles or rice
