RECIPE BACKSTORY

The amounts are up to you, change them to your liking.

I add 1 ounce of frozen sour cherry juice to my smoothies. (it is suppose to be good for my Rheumatoid Arthritis and I think it is helping)

You can leave out the coffee, or add more, leave out the chocolate or add more, up to you.

I sometimes use 2 frozen bananas and add slimfast as the chocolate.

One days that I don't eat that much, I may use a can of Ensure or the generic brand

I buy bananas when they are overripe and on sale, then peel, then freeze them on a cookie sheet, when frozen, I put them in a freezer bag.

I have a magic bullet that I use to mix my smoothies, I add the ingredients to the large cup, then fill with coffee, makes a perfect smoothie every time.

Play with the flavors, add frozen berries, wheat germ, or what ever suits your tastes. I have even used coffee flavored drinks, like latte` or cappachino powder

I have used a tube of the flavoring for bottled water, the lemonade makes a nice tangy drink
