SKILLET KIELBASA WITH HONEY MUSTARD GLAZE
Skillet Kielbasa with Honey Mustard Glaze
My Mom did something with kielbasa and peppers one night that made me think to do this. I don't know why we don't make it more often since it always goes quickly.

- Servings: 4
- 1 Hillshire Farms Kielbasa
- 1 small green bell pepper, cut into 1" pieces
- 1 small red bell pepper, cut into 1" pieces
- 1 lg onion, coarse chopped
- 2 carrots, sliced into coins
- 1 can pineapple chunks
- 1 T olive oil
- salt and pepper
- Dijon mustard
- Honey
DIRECTIONS
Pierce kielbasa with a fork and par boil in large skillet.
Pour out water and remove from skillet.
When cool enough to handle, peel off casing and slice into coins.
Heat olive oil in skillet and brown kielbasa on both sides, seasoning with salt and pepper.
Add the onion, peppers and carrots and cook, stirring often, until almost cooked through.
Add the pineapple chunks; stir and cook an additional 4-5".
Mix dijon mustard with honey to taste, stir into sausage until well coated and serve.
