Why I Love This Recipe

I usually will take a smaller tenderloin ( since it is just the two of us) and this is an easy recipe for MOIST and flavorful tenderloin

Ingredients You'll Need

Olive oil
Sea Salt
Pepper
Garlic cloves diced ( approx 5)
Cilantro
Onion poweder

Directions

marinate the pork overnight or during the day in a mixture ( free hand this it is ok)

Once marinated I put the pork tenderloin in a skillet on med high for approx 6 minutes each side ( all four sides this is important!!!!) with the lid on. I like it to get a little brown... helps retain the juices. After that, I turn the heat down and let is cook at med low with lid on for another 15 minutes. I then remove the tenderloin to let is set, and use the drippings mized with 2 tablespoons of dijon mustard and a little sourcream ( you want a runny gravy so add accordingly)

Cut and Serve... .Delish and so MOIST!!!
