Sloppy Joes

Serves 8 | Prep Time | Cook Time

Ingredients

1 lb. Italian Roll Sausage
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1/2 Cup ketchup
2 Tbls. Dijon mustard
2 Tbls cider vinegar
1 Tbls. sugar
1 tsp. minced garlic
8 sandwich buns, split and roasted


Crumble sausage into medium skillet.


Add onion and pepper.


Cook over medium heat until sausage is browned, stirring occasionally.


Drain off any drippings.


Stir in all remaining ingredients except buns.


Bring to a bowl.


Reduce heat to low; simmer 30 minutes.


Serve hot on buns.


Refrigerate leftovers.
