Slow Cooker Pulled Pork Sandwiches
1 Thinly sliced onion
2 1/2 Pounds pork roast, fat removed after roasting
3 Cups store brand BBQ sauce
12 Hamburger buns
Sprinkle the onion slices into a slow cooker. Place the pork roast on top. Pour the BBQ sauce over the pork. Cook on high for 6 hours. Cool the pork and chill until ready to shred and then shred it. Return the pork to the sauce and mix together, reheating on the stove. Serve in the buns smeared with mustard.
