Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

Serves 8 | Prep Time 3 min. | Cook Time 6-8 hrs

Ingredients

1 3-4 lb. pork shoulder trimmed
1 Large bottle of spicy V-8 juice
1 12oz. can of beer


Toss all ingredients in crockpot and cook on high 6-8 hours. Pull roast out and shred meat. Put back in juice, Serve on hamburger rolls with or without coleslaw on top.
