Slow Roasted Garlic
One garlic bulb
- a teaspoon of olive oil
- salt and pepper
cut off the first 1/2 inch of the top the garlic bulb, so that it will be easy to spoon off the garlic later on
Put in a pan, drizzle with the olive oil, add salt and pepper and cover.
Place in a cold oven and set the temperature at 350F for 45 minutes
Uncover and bake for an other 45 minutes
