Slow-cooker Salsa Chicken

Ingredients

4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 can reduced fat cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
1 15.5 oz. jar salsa
1 packet taco seasoning
1 8oz. container sour cream


Place chicken, soup, salsa, and taco seasoning in slow cooker. Cook on low 4-5 hours. Add sour cream during last half hour.


Serve over rice, shred and wrap in tortilla, shred and place in a taco shell and garnish with your choice of veggies or condiments, or shred and dip with corn chips.
