Smooth Peanut Butter Balls
2 sticks of butter
3 cups confectioners sugar
1 cup graham crackers
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cup peanut butter (smooth or crunchy is fine)
Mix all of the above real well then form into balls. I use a melon baller to keep the size uniform. Put in the refrigerator to chill.
Meanwhile melt 12 ounce of chocolate chips with one bar of parafin wax.
Pick up peanut butter balls with toothpick and dip in chocolate. Set on paper until set up.
