Ingredients You'll Need

Frozen Banana's

Creamy part - any one or combination of
3 Tbsp raw cashews
1/4 cup shredded coconut
1/2 ripe avocado

Greens any one or combination of
Spinach
Arugula - aka - rocket
Mixed greens including kale

Fruit to flavor - can be fresh or frozen
Strawberries
Blueberries
Blackberries
Raspberries
Cherries
--- I am sure you get the idea

Spices and super food powders - use in small amounts
Cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger
Cacao, carob
Lucuma, camu berry, mesquite powder
Spirulina, blue majik, green powders
Protein powder
Extracts, vanilla, almond, orange, peppermint

Liquids
cold water
cold green tea


Directions

Blend the ingredients you are using in a high speed blender until smooth.
Consume immediately.
