SMOTHERED STUFFED TORTILLIAS
Smothered Stuffed Tortillias
INGREDIENTS

- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 8-oz container sour cream
- 1 box mexican rice, cooked
- 1 can Rotel, drained
- 1/2 bunch chopped cilantro
- 3 cups diced or shredded cooked chicken
- 1 pkg tortillas
- 1 can southwest cheese soup
- 1/2 cup milk
DIRECTIONS
Mix together first 6 ingredients; Fill tortilla with mixture, roll and place in a 9x13" dish or baking pan. Mix cheese and milk. Spread cheese on top.. Bake, loosely covered, at 350 degrees, for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake 10-15 minutes or until bubbly.
