SMOTHERED STUFFED TORTILLIAS

Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 8-oz container sour cream
  • 1 box mexican rice, cooked
  • 1 can Rotel, drained
  • 1/2 bunch chopped cilantro
  • 3 cups diced or shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 pkg tortillas
  • 1 can southwest cheese soup
  • 1/2 cup milk

Directions

  • Mix together first 6 ingredients; Fill tortilla with mixture, roll and place in a 9x13" dish or baking pan. Mix cheese and milk. Spread cheese on top.. Bake, loosely covered, at 350 degrees, for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake 10-15 minutes or until bubbly.
