Snicker Doodle Cookies
My brother in-law used to make these when I was younger. They are Delish.

INGREDIENTS
- Cooking Time: 7 -10 min
- Servings: a few dozen
- Preparation Time: 10 min
- 1/2 C. Butter
- 1/2 C. Shortning
- 1 1/2 C. Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 2 3/4 C. Flour
- 2 tsp. Cream of Tarter
- 1 tsp. Baking Soda
- 1/4 tsp. Salt
- 2T Sugar
- 2T Cinnomin
DIRECTIONS
Pre-heat oven to 375'
In a large bowl mix together shortning, sugar and add eggs one at a time. Mix till well blended. In another bowl shift together flour, cream of tarter, baking soda and salt. Combine dry to wet ingredients a little at a time.

Make 1 inch balls and roll in sugar cinnomin mixture.
Place about an inch or so apart on and ungreased baking sheet ( use parchment paper if you have it )and bake for 7 - 10 min.

I made these exact cookies tonight from my Betty Crocker recipes. I flatten mine just a bit with the bottom of a glass, but they do spread out a little also. These are great tasting!
