- Cooking Time: 7 -10 min

- Preparation Time: 10 min
- 1/2 C. Butter
- 1/2 C. Shortning
- 1 1/2 C. Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 2 3/4 C. Flour
- 2 tsp. Cream of Tarter
- 1 tsp. Baking Soda
- 1/4 tsp. Salt
- 2T Sugar
- 2T Cinnomin
- Pre-heat oven to 375'
- In a large bowl mix together shortning, sugar and add eggs one at a time. Mix till well blended. In another bowl shift together flour, cream of tarter, baking soda and salt. Combine dry to wet ingredients a little at a time.
- combine sugar and cinnomin in a small shallow bowl
- Make 1 inch balls and roll in sugar cinnomin mixture.
- Place about an inch or so apart on and ungreased baking sheet ( use parchment paper if you have it )and bake for 7 - 10 min.
