1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream slightly softened

8 oz. Cool Whip, thawed

1/2 C. chunky peanut butter

1 large pkg instant chocolate pudding mix--dry

Caramel topping

Mix ice cream, Cool Whip and peanut butter together. Then add dry pudding mix. Stir all together until mixed well.

Pour into 9 x 12 dish and freeze at least 30 minutes before serving. Top with caramel topping.

I use all fat free products and it tastes great.
