> Snow Cream
INGREDIENTS
- 1 big bowl of fluffy snow
- 2 tblsp. vanilla
- 1/2 cup sugar (more or less if desired)
DIRECTIONS
Put all of the ingredients into the bowl of snow. With a mixer, stir the ingredients until soft. Take some out of the bowl and enjoy! After that, put some plastic wrap on top of the bowl and put in the freezer

I grew up on snow cream, but we added milk to ours. I love to watch it snow, cause I know how good the snow cream will taste.

I also had snow cream in my childhood...brings back a lot of memories.
That was sooooo long ago! We do not get much snow here in this part of Tn anymore, and if we did I would probably be afraid to eat it because of all the chemical and nucelar plants here.
