Ingredients You'll Need

1 cup butter, softened
1 cup butter
2 eggs
3 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 can (6 oz.) frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed and divided
Additional sugar


In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy

Add the eggs, one at a time

Beat well after each addition

Combine the flour and baking soda

Add to the creamed mixture

Alternate with 1/3 cup of the lemonade concentrate

Beat well after each addition

Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheets

Bake at 400 F for 8-10 minutes

Remove to wire racks

Brush the warm cookies with the remaining lemonade concentrate

Sprinkle with the sugar

Cool completely
