SOMBRERO DIP

Sombrero Dip

 


INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 medium clove garlic, minced
  • 2 cans (7 oz each) or 2 cups Ortega green chili salsa
  • 1 can Ortega spicy refried beans (17 oz)
  • 1 t. salt
  • 1/2 cup grated Longhorn cheese (2 oz)
  • Garnish: 1/4 cup sliced olives
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • Tortilla chips

DIRECTIONS

In large skillet, brown beef until crumbly. Drain and add onion and garlic.


Cook until onion is soft.


Add remaining ingredients.


Cook until hot and bubbly.


Spoon into chafing dish.


Garnish with cheese, olive and onions.


Serve with tortilla chips.
