Sonora Shrimp

Ingredients

2 tablespoons butter
1 medium green bell pepper -- chopped
1/2 cup onion -- chopped
1/2 cup celery -- chopped
1 can tomatoes -- chopped
1/2 cup dry white wine--- or chicken stock
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/2 teaspoon seasoned pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder with parsley
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme -- crushed
1 pound shrimp -- peeled and deveined


In a large skillet, melt butter, saute bell pepper, onion and celery five minutes or until soft. Add remaining ingredients except shrimp and olives, blend well. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add shrimp. Cook 10 minutes longer or until shrimp turns pink.
