Sopapilla Cheesecake

I used to have lots of family dinners. I love to make mexican food. My sister-in-law would always brings the desert. I think they looked forward to the desert the most I know I did.

  • 2 cans Pillsbury crescent rolls
  • 2 8 oz pkgs of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 c sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 stick butter

DIRECTIONS

Spray a 13x9 pan with cooking spray. Unroll a can of crescent dough and press into the pan, pressing seams together. In a separate bowl, blend the cream cheese, 1 cup sugar and 1 tsp vanilla....spread this over the dough. Unroll the second can of crescent rolls and put over the top, prissing the seams together. Melt butter and pour over the top. Mix the remaining sugar and cinnamon together. Sprinkle generously over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
