This product will add extra nutrition and flavor to soups, stews, dips and sauces.

Ingredients You'll Need
2 big carrots
1 medium size parsnip
2-4 celery ribs
1 med-large size white sweet potato
1 small yellow or purple sweet potato
1 medium onion,
2 medium tomatoes
4 - 6 mushrooms
2-4 cabbage leaves - use green and/or purple
handful of parsley
2 sprigs of rosemary
2 garlic cloves
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
Shred and chop all ingredients using your food processor and stir together in a very large container.
Spread mixture onto non-stick dehydrator sheets and dry at 115F until crispy (24 - 36 hours)
Allow ingredients to cool then grind into powder using a blender or coffee grinder.
Store in sealed jars in the cupboard or bag up and store in your freezer.
Use 1-2 Tbsp per 1-2 cups of hot water.
