SOUR CREAM CRISPY CHICKEN

Ingredients

  • 4 Chicken breasts
  • 1/2 container of sour cream
  • Italian style bread crumbs

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  • Dredge chicken breasts in sour cream
  • Coat the chicken breats with bread crumbs
  • Place chicken on nonstick baking pan and cook on 350 for 35-40 minutes or untill done. (Depends on size of breasts...small ones will cook a lot faster)

I got this when I was on theknot.com planning my wedding. A fellow knottie had the recipe and shared it with me. It is really good.
