SOUR CREAM DILL SAUCE

Ingredients

  • 1 Tb. butter
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 Tb. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp. sugar
  • 1 c. dairy sour cream
  • 2 tsp. dill seeds

Directions

  • Melt butter in saucepan. Mix together water, flour, salt, garlic salt and sugar; add to butter and cook 'til thickened. Add sour cream and dill seeds; heat, stirring, but do not let boil.

Notes

This is very good over hot cooked carrots, zucchini or other summer squash.
