SOUR CREAM DILL SAUCE
Sour Cream Dill Sauce
This is very good over hot cooked carrots, zucchini or other summer squash.

INGREDIENTS
- Servings: 1-1/2 cup
- 1 Tb. butter
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 Tb. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1 c. dairy sour cream
- 2 tsp. dill seeds
DIRECTIONS
Melt butter in saucepan. Mix together water, flour, salt, garlic salt and sugar; add to butter and cook 'til thickened. Add sour cream and dill seeds; heat, stirring, but do not let boil.
