Sour Cream Raisin Bars

Ingredients

crust:
1 1/4 C. oleo (I like real butter!)
1 C. brown sugar
2 1/2 C. flour
2 1/2 C. quick oats
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp soda
1/8 tsp salt
filling:
4 egg yolks
1 cup sugar
2 cups raisins
2 TBS (powdered unflavored gelatin)
2 C. sour cream


For the crust - Cream butter and brown sugar, beat in rest of ingredients. Mixture should be crumbly. Set aside 2 cups of the crumbs and press the rest in a 9x13 pan. Bake 350 deg for 15 min. Then let cool


For the filling - Mix all ingredients in sauce pan and bring to a boil. Cook, stirring constantly for 5-8 minutes and pour over crust. Sprinkle with reserved crumbs. Return to oven for 15 min. Cool before cutting into bars.
