Sour Dough Starter and Bread
2 cups flour
2 cups warm water
1 pkg. of yeast
1 tbsp. sugar
Put all ingredients in a bowl or small crock and mix thoroughly.
Cover with a cloth and let stand in a warm place for 2 days.
Take 1/2 cup of the starter and store in a loosely covered glass jar in the refrigerator for the next batch of bread.
