South Carolina Caviar
2 15oz Cans Black Eyed Peas-Drained
1 15oz Can Whole Corn-Drained
1 10oz Can Rotel Tomatoes
2 Cups Chopped Red Bell Peppers
1/2 Cup Chopped Onion
1/2 Cup Chopped Fresh or Jar Jalapeno Peppers
1 8oz Bottle of Italian Dressing
1 4oz Jar of Chopped Pimentos-Drained
Combine all ingredients, stirring gently. Refridgerate overnight. Serve with your favorite Corn Chips.
