INGREDIENTS
- Cooking Time: 45 minutes
- Preparation Time: 10 minutes
- 1 quart water
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
- 2 T. vinegar
- 2 T. paprika
- 1 T. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
- 2 T. salad oil
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 clove garlic or 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients, bring to a boil and simmer for 45 minutes. Use as a barbecue basting liquid, or serve it at the table as a sauce.
Store in refrigerator
Shake well before using.
