- 1/3 cup chopped or shredded chicken
- 2 Tbsp chopped celery
- 1 Tbsp light mayo
- 1 Tbsp salsa
- 1 Tbsp shredded cheese
- Combine 1/3 C Chopped or shredded chicken, 2Tbsp chopped celery, 1Tbsp light mayo, 1tbsp salsa and 1tbsp shredded cheddar cheese.
- Toss to mix.
- Serve on bread,taco shells, tortillas or with crackers.
