Southern Chicken Salad
1/3 cup chopped or shredded chicken
2 Tbsp chopped celery
1 Tbsp light mayo
1 Tbsp salsa
1 Tbsp shredded cheese
Combine 1/3 C Chopped or shredded chicken, 2Tbsp chopped celery, 1Tbsp light mayo, 1tbsp salsa and 1tbsp shredded cheddar cheese.
Toss to mix.
Serve on bread,taco shells, tortillas or with crackers.
