Why I Love This Recipe

This is a vineger based BBQ sauce in the Southern tradition. This sauce is thin enough that it can be used as a mop for smoked meat.

This is spicy and it goes well with any smoked or BBQed beef, pork or chicken.

My family really likes this drizzled on BBQ chicken sandwiches.

Ingredients You'll Need

1 cup apple cider vinegar
1 cup ketchup
1/4 cup(packed)brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon Chile Powder

Directions

In a small bowl stir all ingrediants until well blended and salt is disolved. Thats all there is to it! Cover and store in frige for up to 1 week.
