Southwest Vinegar

  • Servings: 1 pint
  • 2 c. white vinegar.
  • 1/2 c. fresh basil
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1/8 tsp crushed red pepper

DIRECTIONS

Put basil, garlic and pepper in jar. Add hot vinegar. Seal. Let stand


2 weeks, shaking occasionally. Strain through coffee filters and


rebottle in same jar. Keep in cool dark place up to 6 months.
