- 1 can Campbells Southwestern Pepper Jack Soup
- 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
- 1 egg,beaten
- Chopped onion to taste
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Mix half can of soup, beef, bread crumbs, egg, onion, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
- Shape into a loaf and bake for 30 minutes.
- Top with remaining soup and bake another 30 minutes.
NotesI can't remember where I found this recipe, but it sure is good..and super easy.
