This recipe was inspired by the delish salad we had at Disneyland. This is our attempt to recreate that yummo salad.

- Black Beans
- Cheddar Cheese grated
- Romaine Lettuce
- Tomatoes
- Carrots
- Cucumber sliced
- onion
- sunflower seeds
- Ranch dressing
- Fresh made salsa or pico de gallo
- Lots of cilantro for garnish
DIRECTIONS
Start at the top of the ingredient list layering as you go with personal preferred amounts of each ingredient and enjoy. Can add chicken or beef to make this a complete meal in one.
