Soy Smoothie

Serves | Prep Time | Cook Time

Ingredients

1 cup fozen fruits. ( I use blueberries and peaches, or bananas)
1 cup lite soy milk
1 teaspoon of vanilla
2 sugar substitute packets


Blend frozen fruit in blender until fairly smooth. Add rest of ingredients. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and enjoy.


To make a thinner smoothie add more soy milk or use half a banana and half a cup of frozen fruit.

I love this on a hot summer morning. It is so cool and refreshing, not to mention, healthy. I made this up from a base recipe that took milk and sugar, but I do not remember where I first saw the original recipe.
