Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup water
  • Pinch nutmeg

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients
  • Beat well, will be heavy consistency
  • Force batter thru colander into boiling salted water
  • Lower heat and simmer until cooked, about 8 minutes
  • Drain
