- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup water
- Pinch nutmeg
DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients
Beat well, will be heavy consistency
Force batter thru colander into boiling salted water
Lower heat and simmer until cooked, about 8 minutes
Drain
