Spaghetti Bolognese

Serves 15-20 | Prep Time 20 | Cook Time 60


Pasta sauce:
1kg regular beef mince
2 carrots chopped
3 brown onions diced
8 tomatoes diced
1kg fettuccine pasta
200g peas
Oregano, parsley, Rosemar and basil to taste
Salt and pepper to taste.
2 jars of pasta sauce

Garlic Bread
1 long bread stick
125g butter
175g minced garlic

Garlic bread

Cut bread into three

Cut half way into the bread

Mix garlic and butter together in a bowl and microwave for 40seconds

Spread the mix into the bread

Cover bread with foil

Put the bread in the oven for 12mins @ 160C

Pasta Sauce

Cooked diced onions and carrots together in a pot

Add beef mince to pot with onions and carrots

Add salt and pepper to taste

Add 900ml of pasta sauce

Add origano & basil and parsly and rosemary to taste

With 5 mins til serving add bechamel sauce

Serve with pasta(spaghetti or fettuccine)

Add Parmesan cheese on top
