1 28oz can crushed whole tomatoes
1 28oz can Tomato Sauce
1 15oz can Tomato Paste
1 15oz can WaterSpices: One Tablespoon Each:
Sweet Basil Salt
Oregano Coarse Pepper
Garlic Salt Sage
Minced Garlic 1 Large Bayleaf
2 Stalks Chopped Celery
1 Green Pepper-chopped
1 Small Onion-chopped
1 15oz can Mushrooms with Liquid
1 Whole Carrot (reduces Acid)
Simmer Mushrooms and vegetables (except carrot) in oil in a dutch oven for 3-5mins. Add Tomato Paste and water. Simmer until bubbly.
Add whole Tomatoes, Sauce, Spices and carrot. Simmer 4-6 hours. Serve with Parmesan chicken and garlic bread.
