SPANISH CHICKEN COBBLER
Spanish Chicken Cobbler
INGREDIENTS

- 2 cups cooked chicken, chopped
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can Rotel with jalepenos
- 1 box spanish rice, cooked
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 onion, chopped fine
- 1 can chopped green chilies
- 1/2 Cup milk
- 1 lb grated cheddar cheese
- 6 tortillas, uncooked
DIRECTIONS
Mix all ingredents except tortillias. Cut tortillas into 1-inch wide strips. Pour chicken mixture in casserole dish and top with tortillia strips, making a lattice (like on a cobbler). Sprinkle with cayenne pepper. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes uncovered and the uncover and bake another 25-30 minutes til tortillias are browned.
