SPANISH CHICKEN COBBLER

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, chopped
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can Rotel with jalepenos
  • 1 box spanish rice, cooked
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 onion, chopped fine
  • 1 can chopped green chilies
  • 1/2 Cup milk
  • 1 lb grated cheddar cheese
  • 6 tortillas, uncooked

Directions

  • Mix all ingredents except tortillias. Cut tortillas into 1-inch wide strips. Pour chicken mixture in casserole dish and top with tortillia strips, making a lattice (like on a cobbler). Sprinkle with cayenne pepper. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes uncovered and the uncover and bake another 25-30 minutes til tortillias are browned.
