- Preparation Time:
- 6 eggs
- 1 pkg onion soup mix
- 1/2 tsp rounded of dill seed
- 1/2 cup nutmeal (I put walnuts into a blender)
- 2 lbs cottage cheese
- 1/8 cup oil
- 5 cups Special K
- Mix all ingredients together and put into a greased baking dish (9x11). Bake 1 hour at 350 or set in a pan with a little water and bake 1.5 hours at 350.
NotesA good alternative for people who don't always eat meat.
