Okra
Squash (yellow)
Onion
Potatoes
Salt
Pepper
Corn Meal
All Purpose Flour
Crisco Shortening

Use equal amounts of okra, squash, and potatoes. How many depends on the number of people you're serving.


1. Cut up Okra and Squash



2. Cut up potatoes for French fries



3. Roll okra, squash, and potatoes in corn meal and flour



4. Fry to a golden brown in fairly deep shortening.
