• 4 boneless chicken breasts or thighs
• Garlic salt to taste
• Seasoning salt to taste
• 1 Tbls oil
• 1 can mushrooms ( 4 oz)
• 1 cup shredded Mexican cheese
• 1/2 cup green onions chopped
• 1/2 cup bacon bits

Sprinkle chicken with garlic and seasoned salts.

In a large skillet brown the chicken in oil for 5 minutes

Mix remaining ingredients together

Top each piece of chicken with 1/4 of the mixture

Cover and cook till juices from chicken run clear and cheese melts...about 5 minutes more
