INGREDIENTS
- 1 egg white
- 1 T water
- 3 C pecan halves
- 1/2 C white sugar
- 1 t cinnamon
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/2 t nutmeg
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350
Line baking sheet with foil
In a small bowl beat egg white with water
stir in pecans, mix well and lay across baking sheet
In a small bowl mix dry ingredients and sprinkle over nuts
Bake up t 30 minutes, tossing 1-2 times being careful not to burn
