I found this sort of food dressing at various Indian restaurants and had to ask what it was. It's spiced yogurt that can be drizzled on practically anything. In my case I drown my curried lamb or goat in it and recently my lentils. I wasn't sure how it was made so I guessed. The results were somewhat accurate. The ingredients are eyeballed.

  • Plain yogurt
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • garlic powder (or the fresh stuff, very finely chopped)
  • cayenne pepper
  • Parsley flakes

  • Mix it all up and serve chilled over warm lentils, meats, veggies etc.
