- garlic powder (or the fresh stuff, very finely chopped)
- cayenne pepper
- Parsley flakes
- Mix it all up and serve chilled over warm lentils, meats, veggies etc.
NotesI found this sort of food dressing at various Indian restaurants and had to ask what it was. It's spiced yogurt that can be drizzled on practically anything. In my case I drown my curried lamb or goat in it and recently my lentils. I wasn't sure how it was made so I guessed. The results were somewhat accurate. The ingredients are eyeballed.
