SPICY AHI TUNA SAUCE AND WILTED SESAME BOK-CHOY

Ingredients

  • Sweet Chili-Soy Sauce:
  • ½ cup of soy sauce (kikkoman) over Tuna.
  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 3 tbsp cilantro, chopped
  • ½ tsp sesame oil
  • Wilted Sesame Bok-choy:
  • 1 head of baby bok-choy or regular bok choy, washed and dried.
  • 1 tbsp canola oil
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbso soy sauce (kikkoman)
  • sesame seeds to taste
  • 1 tsp ginger, minced
  • 1 tsp garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp lime juice or to taste
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  • For Sweet Chili-Soy Sauce:
  • Combine all ingredients together and drizzle.
  • For Wilted Sesame Bok-choy:
  • On a medium pan add canola oil.
  • Allow to get really hot.
  • Add bok-choy.
  • Add the soy sauce, ginger, lime juice.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Allow to wilt. Add garlic.
  • Finish off with lime juice and sesame oil and seeds.
  • Serve while still warm.
