Spicy Chicken Pasta Salad

INGREDIENTS

  • Pasta:
  • 8 ounces rainbow tri-color pasta
  • Boil for 11 minutes, rinse, drain and pour into a rimmed cookie sheet(s) to cool and dry, put in ziploc in fridge.
  • Dressing:
  • 1 1/2 to 2 tsp McCormick Pepper Blend Seasoning
  • 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp basil leaves
  • 1/4 tsp dill weed
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup white wine vinegar

DIRECTIONS

Pasta:

1/4 tsp dill weed


1/4 cup vegetable oil


1/4 cup white wine vinegar


Min pasta and dressing, add:


1 cup mandarin oranges


1 1/2 cups cubed cooked chicken


1 oz can pineapple tidbits


garnish with toasted almonds
