Spicy Deviled Eggs
1 Dozen eggs
1/2 lite mayo
chopped onion ( fine )
A pinch of salt
A pinch of pepper
1 large table spoon of brown mustard
boil water and cook eggs for 20 mins, rinse in cooled water to shell.
Add the yellow of the egg to a blow and add all other ingredents, mash well and either spoon in egg whites or use a pastry bag.
Top with sliced canned Jalapenos
