- 1 Dozen eggs
- 1/2 lite mayo
- 1/2 mayo
- chopped onion ( fine )
- A pinch of salt
- A pinch of pepper
- 1 large table spoon of brown mustard
- Canned Jalapenos
- boil water and cook eggs for 20 mins, rinse in cooled water to shell.
- Add the yellow of the egg to a blow and add all other ingredents, mash well and either spoon in egg whites or use a pastry bag.
- Top with sliced canned Jalapenos
