"Spicy Andhra style (India)crab curry"

Why I Love This Recipe

It's yummy rich in calcium...the grounded pepper corn when mixed with crabs it gives different flavour


Ingredients You'll Need

5large crabs
3onions
2tomotos
4green chillies
Turmeric powder
Coriander power
Pepper powder
Tamarind juice
Curry leaves
Coriander leaves
Cinnamon sticks
Cardomon
Salt
Oil
Ginger garlic paste


Directions


Clean the crabs n cut them into pieces
Soak them with little curd n turmeric for 5min
After 5min wash thoroughly with water
Now transfer into the bowel add pinch of salt n turmeric close the lid n let cook for 2min
Now take another pan pour 2large spoon of oil add sliced onion n fry it change color now add spoon of ginger garlic paste n cook
Now add tomotos ,pinch of turmeric ,spoon of coriander power n salt ...
Now add boiled crabs into it n close the lid
Mean while soak some tamarind in water...
For grinding add spoon of pepper corn 4chillies 4cinamon n 4cardomon
Now add the grinder mixture n soaked tamarind pulp
Let it cook for 20min and add curry leaves and coriander leaves

Steam rice and nan
