Spicy Omelet (Low Carbs)

Why I Love This Recipe

This is a family favorite healthy snack created by one of our amazing Skinny Body Care Distributors.


Ingredients You'll Need

3 egg whites
2 tbs olive oil
2 jalapeno peppers chopped
1/2 onion chopped
2 slices of turkey ham chopped
1/2 tomato blended
Shredded cheese (your choice)


Directions

1.In a non-stick skillet, add a tbsp olive oil and sauté the onions and peppers.


2.When the onions and peppers are half cooked, add the ham.


3.Add the blended tomatoes


4.When this has cooked, set aside.


5. In another skillet, add a tbsp olive oil and heat up.


6. Once skillet is heated, add the egg whites and cook.


7. When eggs are just about done, flip over and immediately add cheese and vegetable mixture just on one half of the egg.


8. Once you added the ingredients, flip the other half over top the additions.


9. Serve immediately.
