Spicy Pepper Jack Chicken
3 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
Salt,Pepper, Garlic Powder to taste
1 cup Italian bread crumbs
1/2 cup all purpose flour
Butter Flavored Crisco to fry this in
Sliced Jalepeno Peppers
Smoky Barbecue Sauce
Slices of Pepperjack Cheese
Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder or any seasonings you like.
Combine flour and bread crumbs together.
Dredge chicken in Italian crumb/flour mixture.
Fry in a skillet with butter flavored Crisco until golden and cooked through.
Place in a baking pan and top with jalepenos and pepper jack cheese.
Melt in the oven at 350 degrees.
Serve with a spicy or smoky Barbecue
