INGREDIENTS

  • Servings: 8
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup salsa (I like 505 medium chunky)
  • 1 tsp Chipotle Tabasco

DIRECTIONS

Cut the cream cheese into chunks and place in a microwave safe bowl. Add the cheddar


and the salsa and microwave for 3 minutes, pausing at each minute to stir. Serve with tortilla chips.
