Spicy Rosemary and Garlic Peanuts

Serves 4 | Prep Time 10 | Cook Time 10

Ingredients

1 Pound dry-roasted peanuts
1 Tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
1 Tablespoon dried rosemary, finely chopped
1 Tablespoon garlic powder
1 Teaspoon salt
1/2 Teaspoon cayenne pepper


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread out peanuts in an even layer. Toast in oven until golden, about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine melted butter, rosemary, garlic powder, salt, and cayenne pepper. Add hot peanuts to bowl and toss with butter herb mixture until coated. Let cool.
